Concrete Polishing is the process of progressively grinding down the concrete surface using various grits of diamond-impregnated disks ranging from course to fine.  The concrete is ground down to the desired smoothness and shine.  Colt combines the above steps with the application of a densifier to produce a smooth, glossy, durable, attractive and easy to clean floor that is resistant to wear, dusting, marking and abrasion. 

If it is a change of color you desire, color can be achieved by combining dyes with the polishing process.  Colors and designs can be created to match your own sense of style.

In addition to the above qualities, polished concrete is a sound choice for the environment.  Colt's preferred process is GreenSpec® Listed.
